1. Purpose of Service

Raybar Haram is a Santali community specific matrimonial platform for eligible individuals to find suitable life partners. It is a matchmaking platform only for marriage.

2. Membership Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age (female) and 21 years of age (male).

Only those individuals can register who are creating profiles for themselves or with the permission of their family member or guardian.

Only individuals from the Santali community can create profiles.

3. Important Cultural Restriction

In Santal society, no person can marry or have a relationship with a person having the same surname.

If a person does so:

The society can excommunicate him.

Santal society does not recognize such relationships.

Raybar Haram also does not recognize such relationships, and such profiles will be removed from the website.

4. Member Responsibilities

All information given in your profile must be accurate and true.

Providing fake or misleading information may result in removal of the profile without notice.

Use the website only for matrimonial purposes.

Harassing, threatening, abusing or sending obscene material to any other member is strictly prohibited.

5. Our Responsibility

We try to keep your information safe, but will not be responsible for misuse by any third party.

We do not guarantee marriage or a successful relationship between any two individuals.

The primary verification of profiles is done by our team, but the final verification is the responsibility of the user.

6. Profile Deactivation / Suspension
If any kind of unethical, anti-social or abusive activity is found, the profile may be permanently blocked.

If you are not active for 6 months, your profile may be automatically deactivated.

7. Fees and Refunds
Some services are free, and some are paid membership based.

The refund policy is explained in detail on the [Refund Policy] page.

No refunds will be given once the paid plan is activated.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The website’s design, logo, content, text, and code are the intellectual property of Raybar Haram.

Copying, reproducing or distributing any part without permission is illegal.

9. Changes to the Service
Raybar Haram reserves the right to make changes to its services, terms or features at any time without prior notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any legal dispute, the matter will be heard only in East Singhbhum, Jharkhand jurisdiction.

We will try to resolve the dispute first through mail or phone.
