1. Service Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their paid membership or service at any time.
However, if the service has already started, or you have used features such as profile view, contact, etc. — no refund will be given.

2. Refund Policy
Once the service is activated, no refund will be given.
Refunds may only be allowed in the following special circumstances:
Double payment due to technical issues.
Service not activated despite payment, and support team unable to provide a solution.
Refunds will be credited within 7 to 14 working days in eligible cases.
3. How to request a refund
The following information needs to be sent to us for a refund:
Registered name and mobile number
Screenshot of payment/receipt
Date of payment
Brief description of the problem

4. How to get a refund
Refunds will be made through the same mode through which you made the payment (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card).
We do not offer cash or offline refunds.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Raybar Haram provides only digital services.
Our services do not involve delivery of any physical goods, so no cancellations related to shipping are applicable.
